sicilia gold blend

This blend is a traditional preparation harking from the island of Sicily. It includes bottarga, made for centuries from salted and dried caviar of mullet. A rare Italian chili hand carried to me from Puglia, Italy gives this blend its distinct bite. Orange peels contribute the citrus zest. Our oranges and yuzu comes from Hamada Farm in Kingsburg and are fresh with the juicy oil in the organic, unsprayed skin of the fruits.
