Our Ras el Hanout (literally, our top shelf) spice blend employs more than a dozen spices including rose petals, mastic, ginger, and long peppers. In reference to our Ras el Hanout, please do not use with pork as this would not be culturally appropriate in a native context. But do try it with other meats or to perfume a vegetarian tagine. You will be pleased with the effect.
